I have 2 side by side and from the factory they were color calibrated almost identically, so I had no problem with one monitor showing different colors
but I recommend to download, for a good feeling, the official colour profile from LG website
I have a better experience with the picture when you use the display port
when you want to set the smallest possible response, ghosting occurs (or rather those white edges on moving objects, but you almost never notice it). So I recommend setting the second highest response in the monitor settings and the problem is solved.
