If you want a TV for watching movies in the family, for normal purposes, this is a great TV. I sometimes read in reviews that it doesn't have super sound and that it is slow in driver response. Of course, the sound is not like when you have super headphones for 10 thousand on your head and that the driver does not respond in nanoseconds. but I'm satisfied and can only recommend it. I added a CI+ slot for a satellite card and I am extremely satisfied. I have access to the red button, many apps, and it's lightweight so it won't cripple my cat if it falls: D

acceptable image for the money
reasonable functional Android TV environment, quite fast
most applications under Android TV work, e. g. i HBO Max plays 4K content with sound
sufficient connectivity (3x HDMI)
neutral design
the connectors are on the rear panel (except HDMI1) to the rear
KODI application (Android TV) - does not play 4K video from home NAS storage, it can handle even years old Android TV players on only HD Ready silly TVs
program sorting is always possible only after 1 selected channel, which is e. g. with cable TV with many programs literally suffering. Plus, it' s very slow
The TV boasts integrated Chromecast functionality, unfortunately after integration into Google Home Assistant only volume settings are available, it is not possible to turn on / off, nor any other functions, remote control in G. A. not available
literally lousy sound, there are no sound corrections at all, nor other common settings such as equalizer for different sound modes, external soundbar will literally be a necessity for many
HBO MAX application (Android TV) - quick menu is not available during playback, e. g. for image adjustment, all buttons after some other function during playback will always call only the timeline of the HBO MAX application, this is a major error
The KODI application (Android TV) states the physical resolution of the panel only HD ready, not Full HD, as stated in the technical parameters
The VESA mount is not entirely in the geometric center of the TV, so if you are replacing an older TV with this TV, you may have major fitting issues with pre-existing VESA mounts.
I have registered most of the mentioned defects and problems with a similar 34 “Android TV from TCL, I think this JVC piece is perhaps another rebranded Chinese TCL production. JVC approx. 2008 has long had nothing to do with the Japanese, and the brand is used under license by the Turkish VESTEL
the brightness of the image decreases dramatically at greater viewing angles, about the IPS panel
the power connector literally sticks out the side of the TV
