I didn't mention it in the cons because I don't think it's a total negative and you can't blame Alza or LG for it either, however I replaced 3 monitors within 48 hours and that was due to either a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
On the first monitor there was 1 dead pixel, which I might not have even bothered with if it wasn't in the middle of the panel, glowing white and visible in bright scenes.
On the second one, unfortunately, the defect was again manifested in the form of 1 dead pixel (white screen showed a black dot again in the middle of the monitor) + 7 stuck pixels that were constantly lit red, green or blue. I've attached a photo for interest.
For stuck pixels there are several ways to move them but for a monitor at this price I am not going to solve this in other words I want a 100% functional panel and defective pixels are a defect for me regardless of the tolerances set by the standard or manufacturer.
The third monitor looks ok, so let's see if anything shows up in the first 14 days otherwise I'll go for the fourth: )
Since the two advertised monitors were only unboxed in the eyes of the alza, here are the serial numbers of the two defective pieces for other people to check when buying them, should they somehow return to circulation: 207NTXRFF458 and 207NTQD33908
