we have it as a second TV for the bedroom and it fulfills exactly what we wanted

perhaps worse sound, but at this price it does not matter

For the price it's a decent picture, the TV is very light and it's an Android TV - great potential
That's about all the positives Software/interface is slow, TV has stopped working/locked up completely without being able to do anything 3 times already
They have now removed the picture presets that were there two weeks ago!
I have never seen on any TV that the picture presets have been removed The picture is fine, no more. It's HDR but without proper blacks, 60 Hz with visible "ghosting" of the image, colors are not great even after calibration. It's just a cheap, slow, below average TV that I wouldn't buy again.
Pay a few thousand crowns extra and get a much better TV It was bought for the bedroom as a secondary TV, otherwise I would have returned it immediately

This is a gift for my wife's dad, so far he has been using a 1280×720 (HD) plasma, i.e. it could be a significant qualitative leap for him. The deciding factor for the purchase was the price, I use OLED Philips myself, but I would also have 2.5x TCL for it. Either way, TCL so far appears to be a highly solid brand that will please any viewer who isn't always demanding when it comes to picture requirements. Thumbs up!
