The washing machine washes well, but its functions could be explained more clearly. I’m also worried about the Aqua Stop function, because I’ve simply screwed the inlet hose onto the washing machine using a standard thread – I haven’t been able to find out how the system responds in the event of a water leak. And Alza’s delivery service is a disaster – for all that money, they’ll leave your washing machine in the garden, right on the grass just outside the front gate. Apparently, according to the delivery drivers – who had difficulty speaking Czech – I hadn’t paid any more – but I’d assumed that the first lockable door was the one in the house, not the sliding gate at the boundary of the property. I should point out that they were carrying it by hand (no machinery), so they probably didn’t feel much like going any further. I had to ask my neighbour to help me get the washing machine at least under the roof using his handcart, as the weather was turning bad. If he hadn’t been at home at the time, the washing machine would have got wet. How a complaint would then be dealt with is a mystery to me.
