Sturdy holder
Only the top two bolts are too close together so you get two holes merging into one.

price
the holder is robust
although the TV meets the weight limit, the bracket does not hold it perfectly level and we have it slightly tilted

Reasonable price
Sufficiently robust construction of the arm, joint
Easy installation on the wall and delivery including mounting elements
Low TV mounting variability, no holes in the middle of the rails to allow multiple positions for vertical shifting
The mechanism for tilting the TV forward/backward is too weak and even smaller TVs tend to "fall over" with the top edge forward.
