I'm very happy with them. Noise cancellation works well. I even lend them to my kids when one of them snores and the other can't sleep. It's easy to make phone calls on a very busy street. So I have no idea what it looks like on the other side. Occasionally, the headphones didn't connect to the iPhone Xr, I had to leave them behind and reconnect. I like that they can be used with different devices and switch between them. It's supposed to work automatically somehow, but I'm not entirely sure. But it definitely works when I'm listening to a podcast on my iPhone and someone else at home is watching a video on their iPad. In that case, I'll take away his sound. We solve this by turning off Bluetooth on the affected device. The sound is almost too good for me, I'm not a dog about it, but when I use something more ordinary, I can hear the difference. I'm not comfortable wearing it for long periods of time. Her ears and head hurt where the top of it touches. The padding is magnetic and can be detached and cleaned. They recharge quickly, but usb-c would obviously be better than magsafe. Compared to other products, I very much appreciate the fact that they recognize that I have them on my head. When I take them off, the playback stops and the next sound comes from the primary output of the device they were connected to. The headphones can be used while charging. It bothers me a little that I need both hands to put it on my head.

I bought because of the ANC, it is really perfect (even a little better than the Sony WH-1000XM5) but it is redeemed by the pressure on the head and for me quite noticeable noise, for this reason I returned the headphones and finally chose the XM5 from Sony, which does not suffer from the above disadvantages.
