I updated the firmware of the card immediately after installation and used the latest drivers. Both downloaded directly from the Marvell chipset manufacturer's website. I'm using the card in a Windows PC and I have it connected with a 3m 10Gbps SFP+ DAC cable from Ubiquiti to a Ubiquiti USW Aggregation switch. Everything is working and so far I have not observed any problems.
Everything works as expected

Compared to the Intel X510 or the old X520, it exhibits reception error rates. With lesser quality SFP+ modules and with lesser quality Direct Attach Cables, there will probably be a problem.
It works against quality products e.g. against CISCO SX550X and PROSAFE XS708T switches
no speed adjustment or negotiation
higher error rate against lower quality counterparts
for example. Intel X710 does not miss at all against the same inferior device

The description does not clearly state that it does not have a LAN connector (i.e. standard RJ45), but the SFP connector. And since it's only a photo of the back, it's not even apparent from the photo of the card.
