I have 9 years of Audio-Technica ATH-M20x headphones, i.e. wired version of these headphones, which I am very happy with. I wanted a wireless version of it so she can compare. The quality of music via cable and via bluetooth is comparable. Just be careful to turn off the hands-free mode when connecting to a PC, because then you get compressed sound into the headphones that cannot be listened to, i.e. just deactivate the microphone output. Compared to the ATH-M20x, the earcups can be rotated more to the sides, so the fit on the head is comfortable, not pressing. I would say that the workmanship is better and more ergonomic than the ATH-M20x, i.e. have made progress over the years. The controls on the headset are very intuitive.

very good sound quality via bluetooth (hands-free mode) and via cable. Studio quality, all bands balanced and neutral. Ideal for listening to music, whether classical, rock or pop.
the earcups are not fully foldable, however, they do rotate slightly compared to the wired ATH-M20x model, allowing them to sit comfortably on the ears.
BT range is not ideal. It is enough to go 5m to the toilet and there are already outages, but it can also be caused by interference from the USB port, maybe it is not a bad thing to wire the USB female from the PC and plug the BT dongle into it. I've done this with a logitech keyboard and the sky is the limit in terms of signal interference.

the sound is clear but flat, lacks any dynamics, the headphones are tuned with an emphasis on the highs, which are too sharp for my taste at higher volumes and have very bland bass - an unentertaining listening experience that I did not enjoy at all

The sound is really rich
decent battery life, after switching on I can see the battery charge level ("high, medium, low")
three buttons clearly recognisable by touch with functions assigned according to the number of presses
manually switchable mode with minimal sound delay (the setting is maintained even when the headphones are switched off until you switch it off again)
the shells do not press on the ears (I have neither too big nor too small) and there is enough space around the ears
clear indication by ice that the headphones are on
there is no locking of the rate of pulling the pebbles out of the earpiece, so at the beginning it's a bit troublesome, but I already found a grip on it, how to put the headphones on without moving it somehow, it doesn't particularly bother

For me a very good buy, overall the headphones have made a very good impression on me, some flaws of course have, but for the average user will certainly serve very well.

The LED on the headphones annoys me slightly in case I don't turn them on at night and it flashes quite strongly, but nothing that can't be easily solved e.g. by reposting
Because of the type of construction any touch goes very audible, sometimes in them so weirdly flakes when moving the head, but it's not something I downright do not want them because of, and certainly clouds of headphones do it and after a long time I basically do not notice it.
People have written here that their sound is delayed, but I haven't encountered that at all, only in very specific situations is the bluetooth transmission slower than e.g. with Airpods pro, but completely indistinguishable to the average user.
