Maybe I was unlucky to have a defective piece, right from the first use the charger reset itself during charging and then all 4 slots activated the default program - charging at 200 mA. I replaced it with a slightly more expensive Voltcraft IPC-1L and it works without problems

I had a few batteries I wanted to throw away. The charger, after two refresh cycles, put the battery back together to about 98℅ of its original capacity. And the possibility of charging after the bottom of the battery.
