A big disappointment for me. The shredder has a pretty low funnel, so it doesn't fit much into it, and I'm also worried that you could easily cut your fingers off trying to push something in while shredding. I don't like the cutters. He's twisting pretty rough. So I'm cutting on the old machine. For something stickier I'll probably have to buy a different whisk, everything sticks around the walls and doesn't spread. The only things that work for me are thin doughs or the opposite of dough (like for a christmas cookie). I don't know, I'd probably choose something else next time.
I don't know. it's nice, the dough does as it's supposed to, and that's where my use ends. See disadvantages.

Large bowl - ideal when baking in large quantities, for example for family or visitors.
Easy to use - no science, 7 speeds + pulse function, it's clear and simple
Nice to clean - you throw most things in the dishwasher and you're done.
It looks good - design-wise it fits almost every kitchen.
It doesn't have a scale or timer - some more expensive robots already have that, here you have to measure sideways.
One bowl - if you need to mix two different things in quick succession, you have to wash or buy a second bowl separately.

I have my 3rd Bosh Mum in a row (it's lasted me like 10 years, so I'm staying) I considered the one with the weight, but I don't know how accurately it would weigh under continuous adding and whipping. so I'd rather go without. I also preferred the model without silicone parts on the whisks, I don't know how they would look in 5 years after washing in the dishwasher. So I have to say that the previous model with the plastic bowl worked better in terms of mixing the rubbed dough. The stainless steel bowl sticks a lot of ingredients, I have to use a spatula often to get them off the walls, with the plastic bowl it was much less. but then again, stainless steel is stainless steel. The lemon juicer is almost useless, because it has to exert a huge amount of pressure to squeeze the lemon, but it also exerts a huge force on the tipped arm, so I support it with my hand to keep it from breaking and destroying the whole robot. He's not smart. So if you're choosing by equipment and it would be extra just a juicer, you can ignore it, you won't use it.
