Unfortunately, only the Anc and the sound do not compensate for the other problems the headphones have. The biggest problem is the app, without which the headphones are unusable. I like the bose brand but this is a complete disgrace, they shouldn't have released this on the market without tweaking at all, the headphones don't even hold up great in the ears due to the Anc falling out. Another sound problem when making phone calls = can't use in noisier environments the other party can't hear you. All you need is a stronger wind outside, unfortunately they are terribly overpriced for what they offer. Definitely not recommended for the money. They should cost max half then the price would match the quality.

Surprisingly good fit in the ears

Battery life
The headphone cover is not much, the top part is soft
The battery status of the case can only be seen by the colour of the LED in the case, it is not displayed in the app
The Bose Music app on the Samsung S20 is slow and loses contact with the headphones when locking the phone (even if the headphones are still connected via BT) - I haven't had this problem on the iPhone

this is my third product of this brand and it has never failed
sound absolutely perfect, better than big headphones of other brands
holds perfectly in the ear, there is a choice of three sizes of plugs, so everyone can choose
pairing with the phone and controlling the headphones via the app completely seamless
ANC works great, even in a moving subway at about 50% volume you can't hear anything from the surroundings
the price corresponds to the quality, it's worth paying extra than to suffer from listening to distorted and poor quality music
once you buy a Bose, it's hard to ever settle for anything else, the danger of becoming addicted: -)

Apart from the above mentioned negative, great sound.
It's great to wear.
Unfortunately, I have come across one problem and that is that the headphones have "some" constant noise whether or not they are currently connected via BT to the device. The choice of ANC type does not affect this. After a week I claimed the headphones as defective and bought the same ones again. And wonder of wonders, they're making noise too. So not a glitch, but obviously a "feature". I note that the firmware is up-to-date, the test for fitting the headphones in the ears is OK. I'm having a hard time with this with headphones for about 7k, so I'm waiting for some fw update to see if it gets better.

As always, quality sound - a class above the competition.
The path of reducing the ear support from Sportbuds to QC buds to QC buds II has come so far that in larger ears the current ones are completely useless, which is essential when revolutionizing the non-use of traditional plugs that need that support: / The combination of super sound and ingenious ear fitting system is gone. Thus, Bose was rolling the competition.

great ambient noise reduction - e.g. in a noisy restaurant I can comfortably listen to the spoken word at half volume, the first time I put on the headphones was really an experience - everything suddenly became completely silent
great overall ergonomics - even the different sizes of attachments in the package (only removing it from the case takes a bit of practice)
touch control directly on the headphones - even volume
in-ear/out-of-ear sensor - stops playback when the headphone is removed from the ear and starts again when it is inserted - very handy when someone speaks to you and you need to respond immediately without losing any of the listening experience.
the case is great - excellent surface (no splashing), magnet closure and also attaching the headphones inside with a magnet. At the same time, it is a power storage for the headphones, which always recharge when inserted.
Last but not least, great, clear, spacious sound - great bass density. You can set the balance in the app. Nice and functional app
higher price - but it corresponds to the quality

I am often in a fairly noisy environment so I chose mainly based on good ANC. The rest I left to the brand BOSE with which I already have good experience and did not disappoint this time.
Bass is properly deep but does not overshadow other frequencies.
ANC is much better than I imagined.
The battery life is just right for me and I don't even use the whole 6 hours in one go
Surprisingly high resolution sounds
Comfortable and they fit really well in the ears
I would probably only list here everything that BOSE declares for this product, so I will only confirm that this is the case: )
Perhaps only the quite high price but you really get what you pay for.
