I think this product was a joke by some designer that just accidentally went into production. That's why it's called "Serious"! The dust collection container has 3 different openings where things can spill out under certain circumstances. When you try to dump it in the bin, you're guaranteed to have the whole container break into 4 pieces that fall into the bin, but the dust gets scattered all over the place. It's terrible. Otherwise, it vacuums quite satisfactorily. But I empty the container after every yvsing, sometimes during, and every time I feel like throwing it out the window! Even after a year of using it, I don't have a grip on it, it's just poorly designed.
It's bagless and when the filter is cleaned, it even vacuums quite well
The sponge for smooth floors is fine
Incredibly stupid dust collection design, can't be emptied, washed very well
It always breaks into 4 pieces in my hand when I empty it (I only have 2 hands), the dust spills everywhere
I have doubts about the quality of the filtration
