An excellent preparation for replenishing energy during running. In combination with gels, I ride like a bike with enough energy until the end. I recommend supplementing with some intestinal thickener, because without it there is a risk of unpleasant situations - see minuses. I still give it a 5.

it tastes good, not too sweet
It' s probably all absorbed into the body, because what' s left in the intestines is a mix of air and unspecified non-matter. After the race, the toilet makes such noises that passers-by knock and ask if everything is ok.
similar happens in the later hours of the race - many times I wasn' t sure if it was just the air.
