I purchased this heater in June 2021. At that time it was touted in your listings as an excellent and reliable source to heat water. Now in December 2021 I finished the build and had Eliz installed in the bathroom-the finding was a big disappointment. It is not able to heat water at one point of consumption. With the hot water on, the Maxi temperature is 37-38 degrees. I had the electrician remeasure everything, each phase gives 13 A at the power consumption which is full power. It means the device is not doing what it's supposed to do-heating water. I'm going to claim and return the thing now. I don't recommend buying it, it's a waste of money!
