Even when I changed the connection type and changed WiFi, it loaded and logged itself. The scanning of the apartment was very quick, and the actual cleaning is fast and of good quality. He can handle about 40m2 in an hour, and in the meantime he goes to the base to clean the mops. It is quiet when cleaning itself, a little noisier when cleaning, but it is not a tragedy, it can be endured. I struggled a bit with the app when scheduling the cleaning, but eventually it worked and the vacuum cleaner cleans exactly as planned. I'm just sorry that the customer support center doesn't communicate and hasn't given feedback on the query even after a week. For the price/performance ratio I think it is a quality product, the question is how long it will last.
