I purchased this product with the expectation that it would make my daily cleaning easier and offer the modern features that belong to a similar device. Unfortunately, I repeatedly encounter a serious problem - after some time, the vacuum cleaner stops communicating with the app by losing the ability to set a cleaning schedule, which is a crucial functionality. Without this feature, the device becomes a negligible help because the user has to deal with everything manually. The situation is all the more unpleasant because the same problem has occurred for the second time and I have to claim the device again. I understand that failure can happen, but for a product in this price range I would expect stable and reliable software that will be continuously maintained by the manufacturer. The possibility of updates should prevent such problems. I am sorry that Eta, which has a good reputation in the Czech Republic for a long time, is not able to better monitor this weakness in the product. The result is an unnecessary loss of customer trust and brand reputation, which I consider a shame.
