The bracelet is coated with fine fabric, inside there are strong magnets that hold well on the wrist. The strap is a bit stiffer, so if I bend it beyond a certain limit, it stays bent for a while. But I don't mind at all. It's about a millimetre wider than a sports strap. Overall I am very satisfied with the strap
