Pretty poor for the money, processing quality at the level of some Nokia for 800 CZK, lacks basic settings like text size (it is set to gigantic, which in turn makes pensioners more blind than they really are)
The charging cradle, I don't know if it's a joke or the manufacturer is serious, there are only 2 contacts and it's not a flush one, the contacts are connected only by gravity, but the phone goes into the cradle very loosely so it doesn't hold on the contacts exactly and it flies around, moreover, the mobile can be put there in reverse, which I haven't had the courage to try yet, I firmly believe that the manufacturer has thought of this and it won't burn out when grandma puts it in reverse.
it doesn't have a four-way button, for some reason pensioners can't understand how to use it and press all directions at once + the middle
there's no Facebook or anything.

I don't understand why manufacturers don't just do the same as the old nokia 3310, including the size and quality of the keys and so on, the pensioner could control it and it all made sense

The phone looks nice and if it is purely for calling it is good but don't want anything else from it. Receiving and placing calls can be done by opening and closing, as with a classic V, but don't forget to set this function.
If you only want a phone for calling, that would be fine. The call volume is sufficient for older hard of hearing people.
Searching for phone numbers in the address book is convenient, you can enter the list from the main screen.
The photographer produces photos of the appearance of a black smudge, so assigning it to a contact is more of a joke.
MMS can only be sent, not received. I can just see a person over 80 years old getting high on sending. haha. Most often the elderly are sent to make them happy with a nice photo- forget it.
Texting is unnecessarily complicated, stressful and impossible for some, and you'll run out of patience before you click through. I suggest you call.
The choice of ringtones is simply none - you have one basic one.
A memory so small that you have to keep deleting. You can fit one photo in there.
