Personally, I'm thrilled. I use it daily, especially for housework and getting to sleep and I couldn't find a better helper. Hard to find competition at this price. Still, I have to take off a star for the unthought-out clamping of the insert. I have to keep checking it to see if one of the pins has come loose. And also for the lack of instructions in Czech. For a product that has a major impact on health, I would really expect it.
