We just took off the original protective film, tried to put this on and found that it didn't fit at all. So now we're wondering if anyone's gonna be willing to shovel ashes on their head and give us our money back. And we hope we don't screw up the phone's display until we get something better. We have small children, so it's a really simple task.

You take off your previous protection and then you find out it doesn't fit at all.
Once you have it taken off because it doesn't fit, good luck returning the shop
