I used the cooker only once and immediately I was forced to complain about it - cracked plastic at the attachment of the cooker to the cooking pot. As I noticed later, this problem is mentioned by several reviewers here. It's probably worth reading the reviews.: D Otherwise, it worked as it should. Pairing with the mobile app without a problem. It held the set temperature exactly - measured with an external canning thermometer. On this aspect it deserves 5 stars. Not one for poor quality plastic! The fact that the plastic cracks after the first cooking is therefore a matter of concern.

I bought two devices, the first time from Datart. The first time I used it, the tube cracked and I returned the cooker. The second piece I had ordered from Alza, a classic delayed delivery, I picked it up hoping that the previous case was an isolated one. Unfortunately, I found cracks on the surface of the device even before using and returning it back as well. I definitely don't recommend it. This defect is already mentioned here in another review.

After the first brew (56°C) I noticed a brown sticky mass on the black tube. Upon closer inspection, I discovered cracks from which it was leaking (like some kind of lubricant). Alza handled the complaint promptly and a brand new piece arrived. I checked the condition well, everything was intact and so I started cooking (at 73°C) and after about an hour the crack reappeared and bubbles of sticky substance appeared. After cooking there was already a crack about 1cm + some smaller ones. I again sent the product in for a complaint, saying that I thought it was a design flaw and I would rather choose another product. This time the piece went to an authorized service center and after 15 days a message came that they would refund my money. I assume the theory was correct and it was a design problem or a defective series. It's a pity, because the product looks good, it is easy to handle and even checking with another thermometer was good - the water temperature was exactly as set
