I deduct two stars for the general instructions for several types of pipes, where several functions are described differently from reality. The steam function is actually activated only after the oven has heated up, and the settings become available only after the tenth minute of heating has passed. Confirmed by tech support that this is correct functionality and it makes sense. But the instructions warn twice that this function must be used exclusively in a cold oven, and select before starting the baking process (or in the first few minutes) that, on the contrary, the oven must not be heated. Otherwise, after picking up the nonsense from the instructions, it is a perfect oven that does everything expected for a reasonable price, and looks good.
