The door was delivered with a right hinge. When we moved the hinges to the left, we found that the door does not fit by about 1 cm because of the wrongly drilled holes for the screws of the middle hinge. According to the authorized service technician, the product with this defect should not have been on sale since 2022, but apparently it was. The authorized service supplied a new hinge that the manufacturer had made for this defect. Unfortunately, even after replacing the hinge, the problem was not eliminated. On the contrary. We have been solving this problem for the 4th week since purchase. The fridge door also won't slam shut - if you push the door to close it, it stays open. So you have to keep checking to see if you've finished them. The fridge does have an open door sensor, but I personally think it should close by itself, that's why there is a latch. Overall, the joy of the new appliance is not happening, I had considered the Gorenje brand to be of high quality, but after this experience I am re-evaluating.
