Even though I don't have any serious digestion problems, sometimes my digestion is slower at my age. This supplement helps me, especially after dinner, to speed up digestion. I highly recommend it to anyone with long term digestive problems. Basically, by the second day, I had no trouble digesting some of the food. Now I can drink a glass of milk and nothing changes with digestion. Same with some fats, or whey protein. I'd say I'd devour a duck and its bones right now. I don't know how it will change after phasing out, but so far I am satisfied. I have been taking it for about 14 days.
