When you take it out of the box there is a sticker (paper) over half of the kettle that can't be taken off and tears in tiny pieces. Not to mention the fact that there's a ton of glue left over from the sticker. When removing the adhesive with sticker remover, the bottom plastic part peeled off and looks horrible. I don't understand why the manufacturer sticks a sticker over the display and half of the kettle that can't normally be removed, like any other product.
The kettle works so far except for the damaged appearance from sticker removal.
