it works (I really don't know what to evaluate)
plastic pads would be useful in the package as 2,5" drives are heated like this case

ideal for me
there is beauty in simplicity
practical rather than pretty: )
finally the cable is fixed and not the usb3 small connector (which tends to break off)
plastic
the doors are plastic, so they will surely break off over time

Finally a box that might even last. On all previous ones after some time the unfortunate badly designed USB 3 port went away. You probably know it - first the occasional problem when you need to move the cable to get the disk running, and later it doesn't help and the box can go to waste because the USB 3 port is partially or completely separated from the platter. This box has an integrated cable (someone finally thought of it! ). Otherwise the box is very simple and that is its beauty. It is a smooth plastic box without a single edge. The box is opened on one side and the disc is inserted. Then it is opened on the other side and the controller with integrated cable is inserted, that's all. Thanks to the fact that it is transparent you can see what disk is inside and even read the labels on the disk. The LED is decent, it shines just right. And it is also quite fresh - in the USB 3 port of the computer my older mechanical disk read at a speed of about 84 MB/s when copying larger files (in the USB 2 port it was about 40 MB/s).
absence of a fragile USB 3 port
integrated (non-separable) cable
maximum simple and comprehensive design
transparent box

I bought it mainly to protect the disc against damage when I carry it in my pocket etc. Suitable if you carry data in a jacket, in a bag and loose on a table, at least some protection in case of a fall.
Price
Some minor disk protection
Plastic box only
Possibility of breakage when reopening
