Holds well in the ear (I don't use the paw behind the ear - it pushes me)

You can't control the volume on it. Or at least I didn't find out how. And reaching for my phone every time I want to turn the sound up or down sucks. I'll test through friends to see if it can really filter out background noise. Then I'll decide whether to keep it or return it.
