Well it doesn't take a genius to figure out that if I put the bottle neck down it would leak, which it did, considering 3 of the 4 bottles were correct and one was the other way around, I think that was the employee's intention. That's why I recommend buying the goods elsewhere than on Alza, unless you want to have the contents everywhere but in the bottle.
