I was quite surprised how heavy the case is for how small it is. I found on the manufacturer's website that it is made of 316L surgical stainless steel. The walls of the case are pretty thick, so it can probably withstand just about anything: ). I don't know why, but the shape of the case is quite addictive to the touch. I put a little piece of BTC in the case, it will be a gift for the kid when he turns 18, so it will stay stored somewhere nice for 10 years, the belt is a pretty good idea, I wrote a dedication on it for him. Plus I like that it's reusable, if I change my mind and need to change the seed it's not a problem, I'll just change the tape, there was a meter of it. Also, you can't tell at a glance what it is, and that's a good thing. I've had sheet metal in the past, but after I needed a seed change it was no use.
