An excellent pot or Dutch oven as you like. Bakes great, holds temperature for about 30 minutes. If left in the oven it holds temperature for up to two hours (I burnt my fingers after two hours). Of course, you need to take good care of the cast iron, then it will last for ages. If someone gets rusty, which can happen, it is relatively easy to restore it to its original state.
Nothing, maybe just the weight for some can be really heavy.
