I buy repeatedly, but every package I had to complain because the gel was always spilled in the packaging. Exchanging the goods didn't solve anything, even the new packaging always arrived leaky. So Alza is refunding the money, which I think is great for the customer, but for them it would require a different way of dealing with the matter. In other words, I do laundry for free, but it costs me time.
