Extremely quiet, quieter than the more expensive Logitech MX Vertical and even the Logitech MX Master 3S
Button to switch between 3 connected devices
Comfortable ergonomic shape for smaller and medium-sized hands
The surface is too smooth and slippery, the hand does not stick to it and slides off. As a result, it is not comfortable for me despite the ergonomic shape.
Pencil battery only, no USB-C connectivity.
Unfortunately, Logitech does not offer a more expensive and better designed alternative for smaller and medium-sized hands (October 2023).

If you're looking for an ergonomic mouse this will probably be not a good option for you, unless you are using really high sensitivity settings, otherwise it's hard to control and hold
Good battery life
Can support multiple dongles or multiple PCs at once
Not suitable for low DPI users, with a regular mouse you can use your fingers to move whereas with this one it's very uncomfortable and heavy, and requires you to elevate your entire hand which makes no sense with an ergonomic mouse
The sensor is terrible, skipping DPI while fast-moving which makes precision unbearably horrible
The buttons feel like you're clicking a sponge
The grip isn't good, because of the shape it requires you to put extra effort into holding the mouse so it will not slip which eventually puts more pressure on your wrist

the wheel supports free scroll, it's not advanced or lasting like MX Master, but it can be used
at the beginning it made my wrist hurt, now my wrist hurts even when I switch back to a normal mouse
much worse handling accuracy compared to a normal mouse, I don't mean DPI
Even after a week, it doesn't feel very natural. It seems to me that handling a mouse is more strenuous than a normal one, but maybe it's the absence of some muscles after decades with a normal mouse
