The non-functional one cannot be drilled because the clever Chinese designer did not understand that to drill into the ground there must be a helix with a pitch on the mandrel and not a cut washer without a leading edge and a hint of a helix with a stated pitch. Don't buy this stuff it's really rubbish. PS on Alza from this supplier does not work to send information about the goods and does not send codes to the mail to pick up from the Alza box.
