They are narrower and the baby won't wake up if you take it out of his mouth when the baby is already asleep and don't wake him up
A big minus because of the fact that you can not choose the color we have a little girl and she got one neutral white and blue but if it should come for a little boy pink so unnecessarily opletacky regarding the complaint quite bothered by the inability to choose the color
