I have to say that I have had a tough time with this product. After installing it on the PC and running it for the first time, everything worked perfectly fine ( I have used NZXT CAM for NZXT case before ). However, the reversal came after the first PC reboot. The fans were running at 100%, the display was showing something and NZXT CAM could not recognize the cooler, however the app tried unsuccessfully to update the firmware. I didn't know what to do with it and wanted to return the product. By complete accident and due to something else I had to reboot the PC in safe mode. And lo and behold, I don't understand why, but everything suddenly started working normally even after rebooting back into normal mode. I thought I had it made. The next day I start the PC and the situation with the cooler recognition was repeated. I almost went crazy. After several futile attempts to fix it, I found out that NZXT CAM does not communicate with MSI Center application, which I had running in the background. If you have the same problem, turn off MSI Center and you won't have to grumble so much. Otherwise, it's a great product.

The product looks nice and modern, but sometimes the app hiccups and doesn't show real temperatures.
The original paste was really bad, I bought thermal grizly and it's quiet.
I cool my i7 11700KF to some 55-60°C when playing at 3440x1440 resolution
Modern Appearance
CPU and graphics card temperature display
Very quiet
Cools well
Simple wiring, anyone can do it
The original hot conductive paste does not work at all
I was expecting water cooling temperatures lower than 60°C during gaming, but I'm told that's normal

Bought out of curiosity, I've only ever had air coolers. Mounted in a Fractal Design Define R6 case on the top rail ( ceiling ) it cools the i9-14900k processor . 70% of the time playing the remaining 30% movies and series. see pros and cons
It is necessary to download the app from the NZXT website - then you can see everything and you can set the speed and what the pump should do in the idle state or in the load state
The basic paste on the cooler is enough to keep it cool. Temperatures are near the 40*C mark. Playing newer titles in 2K 80-81*C
I haven't tried any other paste yet.
Overall quiet, I had no problem with noise
The manual in English was not a problem and the manual describes step by step what to assemble
I'm reviewing the 360 version! Not the ELTIE version.
I still think a CPU temperature of 80*C is too much. Well, let's see what Thermal Grizzly's paste does

The i9 12900KS has a maximum of 65°C under load. During light activities (surfing the net, for example), the processor has a maximum of 35°C, but it tends to stay at 30°C. I like that you can set up dual infographics on the LCD and not only that, it's really cool to play with. The NZXT CAM program is great too.
easy assembly
excellent workmanship
keeps even powerful processors at low temperatures
no rgb - less worry
LCD is highly customisable
