For the money, it really has a lot of drawbacks. Even watches costing a few hundred crowns can sense the heart rate. Unfortunately, there's probably nothing better for the baby.
The child is monitored when he sleeps in bed with you or is not on the breath monitor
The base must always be plugged into the socket
The sock must be within WiFi range at all times, so it cannot be used outside the home
When the baby somehow moves more and the sock slides badly at times, the base beeps and beeps
Can't be used over a 5G network and getting through to the app can be quite tricky

With a newborn (3.5kg), sometimes they report poor fitting when the baby wiggles, even if the position of the sock has not changed. After a couple of weeks it doesn't happen anymore (bigger feet).
Long application response time in case of a bad deployment signal. The base starts playing a melody, but it can be switched off in the app with a response time of about 20-30 seconds. It especially bothers me when I don't want to wake my husband, but I have no way to turn it off remotely.

The device really works. The application is great, the measured values are good with professional instruments and after training the grip with the sock I have to admit that everything is well thought out.
The only problem is the battery, or the fact that you have only one sensor and when you charge it, there is nothing else. You can't do it during the repacking, you would have to deal with it every time and you have to move it between the P and L sock. When the manufacturer puts two sensors in the package, it will be perfect.

We're testing on a 3-week-old newborn.
Even despite using the smallest size sock I find it doesn't measure quite accurately. Usually we start at 100% oxygenation and then it goes slowly down, sometimes to 88%, then it comes back up again, etc. I can't tell if it's the sensor, poor placement, but it keeps repeating. Personally, I doubt the oxygenation normally oscillates like that.
If I compare with the measuring device in the hospital, the sock is quite inaccurate.
