Too bad those mice don't get a say and have to keep shaking themselves here. I feel sorry for them, but when I trapped them last year, where they survived, every other one escaped before I carried it far from the village. (Not to mention the two mice that fought in the cage and killed each other before I could get them out of the house. ) It's easier that way - the trap knocks and the mouse is gone. In the wild, these mice would be food for predators.
