We have had the vacuum cleaner for almost a month and so far it is great. We previously had an older model Roborock S7 MaxV, which vacuumed well but got lost in our living room. The Saros 10R has much better orientation, can handle different dog rugs, doesn't get tangled between the legs of kitchen chairs, etc. It is also better designed in terms of maintenance (less tangling of dog hair, easier cleaning). The only reason I'm not giving a full score is the unavailability of accessories. Despite the price, no additional consumables are included in the basic package. I understand that it is a new model, but it is still absolutely trivial that the statement and Alza do not address what to do with the vacuum cleaner when you run out of the first bag or need to replace the mopping fabric. So far, I'm solving it with an order from Temu and accessories for other vacuums from Roborock, but it's a totally trivial situation. Even the manufacturer does not have information on its website about what accessories are compatible with this vacuum cleaner (it says end of March 2025).
