It's working as it should. It's warm.
The cable connection to the blanket is larger in size compared to other models, and once you lie down on this connection you will feel it. It's like you have a box under the sheets. It can get knotted as the blanket is smaller than your mattress and therefore there will be times when you will lie down on the connection.
The cable connection to the controller goes through two cables to the same place (the controller is not continuous) and so is a bit bulky and the connection is too close, so you have another box in the bed. The cable is long enough, but by being connected to the same place, see picture, it is quite awkward.
Overall, the controls are not good. I have had other brands of heated blankets and this control is poor. Everything works, but impractical. I would not buy this type of blanket again.
