At first, my enjoyment of the machine was spoiled by the feeling that I was getting the same taste of coffee I had from the previous machine (a premium machine in the same price range) only with less effort and at the touch of a button. After reading many reviews on youtube - all of them are defacto very positive - I decided to try to use coffee from my favorite cafe/roastery in Tabor. And what happened? There's really a reason to use coffee that hasn't been roasted for more than 30 days, as recommended by the manufacturer. In my opinion, the manufacturer should not provide replaceable double bottom portafilters for coffee more than 30 days after roasting. Because then you get coffee like from a better machine, but not perfect. In addition, I was annoyed that the bud after brewing the coffee was really wet as mud, that it did not come out of the double portafilter with a tap, but defacto the used coffee flowed out of it (i.e. no bud) and still the portafilter had to be washed. I was cranky about it for a few days and considered returning it. After buying fresh coffee, it is a completely different coffee machine. Everything is simple, everything is as it should be and I still managed to reach the level of a coffee shop for the first time after many coffee machines and attempts with this one. Now to learn latte art. There have already been several attempts to suggest that it might eventually work.
Don't make the same mistake I did!
- that you pour in a wannabe brand of coffee (anything from a hardware store) and wonder why the puck is wet as mud after brewing, that you can't even knock it out. This coffee then tastes the same as from a quality machine, but that's about it
After buying quality freshly roasted coffee, you really get coffee like from a 100k machine
A coffee maker that for me is a game-changer in the field of coffee makers. No more deciding between full auto and lever
Automatic tapping and control of the amount of ground coffee in the bud. The system evaluates the quantity and, if deemed appropriate, adds coffee to the domele bud.
Automatic evaluation of coffee extraction and subsequent recommendation whether or not to adjust the coarseness of the grind
Automatic nozzle rinse directly into the drip tray
Ready in 3 seconds after switching on
Automatic flushing inside (no water leaks anywhere after switching on)
Water filter with a prescribed life of 3 months or 70 litres of water
Having said that, I've found that it's really not necessary, but it's really necessary to ingest quality beans into the coffee maker that are within 30 days of roasting!
Great workmanship from TOP materials
automatic foam system that monitors the temperature with a sensor. I mean, you don't have to hold or stand by anything
The coffee maker does not waste water, it takes quite a long time to fill the drip tray
I recommend using a coffee that can also be bought here on Alza - Doubleshot Era Espresso (Tam Dem)
You need to start buying quality freshly roasted coffee
You can forget about coffee 1kg for 399, -

Latte art will take time, it's not easy, but it's probably possible
