± EQ: It is not written what exactly it does, but apparently it tries to remove artifacts in the low frequencies that such a small box naturally has. But it also makes the sound more rounded and thus strips away detail in the vocal spectrum. (Without EQ at lower volume, the sound is better. ) - Bluetooth: It has a slight delay, so music or spoken word plays slightly later. This means that there is a slight but noticeable delay in the sound compared to the picture if you want to play a video (for example, on YouTube). Can be solved by connecting via audio cable (not included). + Bluetooth: He doesn't talk (just beeps). + Bluetooth: It produces no noticeable artifacts in the vocal spectrum. Naturally don't put it on the table, otherwise you'll just reinforce the negative nature of this little box. It's gonna sound even more out of the box. I.e. ideally to hang. Don't play it loud, it's a small box and the speaker setup is oversized (too powerful woofers for such a small device - aiming to impress people without enough audio experience/requirements). The frontal speaker placement does play full-range stereo, but it can't create space. Those who deal with sound will suffer, but if one wants something that plays without a network and costs a few bucks, one can't expect studio sound. The biggest problem for a normal user may be the delay over Bluetooth when playing video. (Just because you don't read about the delay in other devices doesn't mean they don't have it too. ) Generally sounds quite good, especially at low volume when we don't bother the speaker design with too much bass, which is to be expected. The sound distortion is tolerable, as one would expect from entertainment speakers at the price of a toy. Overall conclusion: A nice little temporary solution for playing music without a network.

For such a small speaker, it sounds very nice, the bass is deep without being overblown and the highs are quite pronounced. He can even be quite vocal.
