The beeping itself, which is mentioned several times in reviews here, doesn't seem that loud to me, honestly we have a microwave louder than the beeping of a deep fryer. I haven't tried the programs themselves yet, but by setting your own heating levels and time, you can use the fryer immediately and several times in a row, no need to wait for it to cool down. I also appreciate the fact that the degrees and time can be increased even if the fryer has been running for a few minutes, just press the pause button and there is a possibility of adjustment. Overall great satisfaction so far, a handy helper in the kitchen for preparing and heating food.
