Unfortunately, I used the oven for the first time within a long time of purchase, when a return was no longer possible. The oven does not heat properly, dishes like pizza or chips cannot be prepared at all, the maximum temperature reached is around 185 degrees. I attempted a claim where the oven was sent to Severin BVZ Commerce for service using Alza. Here they concluded that the thermostat was mechanically damaged, which is not covered by the warranty, and offered to repair it at a price of 2300 CZK excluding VAT. The oven came back with a broken handle and a dented back cover. So I decided to fix the oven myself. The thermostat, priced at around 100 CZK, is inconveniently placed outside the baking area. Therefore, when the ambient temperature is higher or the baking time is longer, the thermostat logically switches off earlier and the oven never reaches the desired temperature. There is minimal satisfaction with the complaint - the product was only damaged and the explanation of the problem does not correspond to reality. I definitely do not recommend buying.
