I dried the first load for about 8 hours - then I stopped counting - eventually I put it on the dryer because it was still damp. It wasn't even warm when removed from the dryer and there was no water in the water tank. I'm not a technician, but maybe there's just a pinched hose that runs water to the tray, but I don't want to disassemble a day old dryer.
The operator told me that they don't have their own technicians for the Siguro brand - I was worried about that, so they would take the dryer away free of charge. At least so, but in no way do I recommend it anymore because of the lousy service.
