I am very satisfied with the product. I had previously purchased another product from a different manufacturer and the steam regulator beak broke. That' s why I was already careful about such a technical defect of the product before buying it. It cleans very well. It's working great. The window attachment could be softer. Tip -> if you run out of water and can' t open the container, there is still pressure in the container. Just release the steam, then let the container cool down for a while before pouring water into it.
