I am satisfied with the product as such, just a small criticism of the material could be a little harder, when one jammed brake (then went to the repair) bent a little handle I recommend spraying the thread with a little Vaseline. but as for Alza and selling an "unpacked" piece, I am very disappointed to pass off used and damaged goods as unpacked is really cheek!
