very comfortable headphones
The ANC is really famous, just silence, it can be uncomfortable at first: )
weight
storage + great case
possibility to connect via 3.5mm jack even when the headphones are discharged
only one BT profile, so you cannot switch devices continuously (e.g. phone/NTB)
FW update via the app takes almost 1hr.

One of the best BT ANC headphones on the market. I chose these headphones after comparing them with competing products in a similar price range from DENON, Sennheiser, Bose and Bowers & Wilkins. Among the models tested the Sony didn't have the best sound but on an overall features ratio it won for me, more info on the test below. Info on all tested models and tested parameters: - NOISE: The presence of noise, even if only minimal, was a crucial criterion. If you have good ANC, you perceive any noise all the more. Sennheiser and DENON had problems with noise when listening via BT. The B&W on the other hand made noise when listening over the wire (I don't know how the manufacturer managed to make headphones that make noise over the wire and not over BT. ). Bose and Sony did not fizz in any way. - SOUND: Of all the models tested (to my taste), the Sennheiser Momentum M2s sound the best. Sony are too overbassed for my taste but I still liked the sound of Sony better than Bose, it just didn't suit me. - CONSTRUCTION: Bose were the most comfortable of all the headphones, with Sony a close second. Sennheisers are the best in terms of materials used and "unbreakable construction", metal and leather look luxurious and there is nothing to creak on their construction (unlike Sony). - ANC: Sony leads here, followed closely by Bose. The level of isolation is comparable, with Sony leading by a whisker. Where the Sony excels, however, is in the ANC adjustment options. - CONTROLS: A lot of people complain about the poorly responsive touchpad in Sony reviews, I had no problems with it and compared to all other headphones, the Sony was the most comfortable to use. If I had to narrow down the choice of BT ANC headphones, I would choose between these three models: Bose QuietComfort 35 II, Sony WH 1000XM3 and Sennheiser Momentum M2. None of them are bad, it just depends on what your main selection criteria is. I wanted the best ANC, that's why I went with Sony. if you want more comfort, think more about Bose, if you want a bit better sound and NO plastic, look at Sennheiser.

GREAT ANC with the most setting options
Slightly overbassed

they really surprised me with their sound - the sound is clear, balanced, and contains a lot of detail across the entire sound spectrum. Older quality analogue recordings converted to 24/96 sound pleasantly soft
seamless wireless connectivity
the headphones are comfortable and bearable even for prolonged listening
ANC is not all-powerful, but it helps a lot
When a change in motion is detected (e.g. rest->walk) the headphones will indicate the change of ANC mode by a short interruption and beep. It's very annoying, but I haven't found how to turn it off
