I'm really happy with Powerline. I used to get speeds of around 8 Mbps over a regular WiFi repeater, now I can get 150 Mbps over Ethernet from a powerline, ping is low, packet loss 0%. Unfortunately (and this is not a defect of this product) it is noticeably felt if you have the powerline plugged in even if only through one pad, so best to plug directly into a socket. When I plugged the ethernet into a Windows computer (no problems with Linux and Android), DHCP refused to allocate an address, I'm not sure if this is directly a Windows or Powerline error and I simply solved it through setting a static address, but just in case I'm listing it here in case it might help someone.
