Due to the double investment for installing the camera on permanent power (over 4000 CZK) I will continue to complain until the manufacturer finally fixes the firmware. I strongly recommend buying only with a guarantee of immediate replacement. 18.5.2023 claims score 3,21 %

camera stops recording while driving
the display turns completely white after starting up, nothing is recorded, the camera has to be repeatedly disconnected from the power supply
awkwardly positioned power supply on the left of the camera - with the recommended placement to the right of the rear view mirror, disconnecting from the power supply and reconnecting is difficult even with a small hand
the manufacturer is aware of the vulnerabilities, but has not released any firmware updates between November 2022 and May 2023
the camera restarts itself while driving
The manufacturer's hotline told me that the cables to the hardware kit and the cable to the camera are identical and that the cable to the camera supports the HW kit. This "advice" cost me 2000 CZK to redo the wiring for permanent power supply to the battery.

We will be advertising for the second time
We haven't had the camera for a year and it doesn't work, just a black screen when you turn it on. After the complaint and the software was reinstalled, it worked for three days.
Any rotation of the camera meant that the image was stuck and the recording was not working

Better design better picture.
It was supposed to be the wifi, but because of the completely de...niho software, I download it anyway by removing the memory card and putting it in the PC.
When saving a record, it only saves the specific one. If the loop is just switched (you can set 1,3, 5min) it remembers the record only after the event. In the previous camera, it was great that it saved the recorded loop before and after and you were sure not to miss important shots. It is definitely necessary to set up the loop as much as possible to keep the transitions to a minimum and to minimize the risk of losing the record I want to keep.
If the manufacturer would update the firmware for saving the recordings before and after pressing the button and possibly even add their own software for downloading the recordings and setting up the camera, I would not hesitate to buy again. Not under current conditions.

When you press the save record button, you must press it at the exact time. See further
In cars with more windscreen, it's on the edge with the camera panning downwards, it's just not possible
In the summer you have to take the camera off, when the sun shines on it, it heats up to a very high temperature and the glass comes off. The holder itself is somehow held, but I had to use a different (transparent) double-sided strap, but even so it is more visible from the outside.
It is not possible to put a filter in front of the cockpit and the image from the car radio is reflected in the glass in front of the camera (also related to the higher position of the windshield

awkwardly designed sticking to the glass, it does not hold at all, especially in winter it cannot be installed
the store app has 1 star
parkshield will not work without purchasing additional accessories

you will have to do map updates with the computer in the car, you will never take the camera off the glass
the manual is basically useless
the tilt angle of the camera is quite small, I have it in the lowest position and I would need to tilt it further
